CFEP Director
Associate Professor Michael Greco
Michael's involvement with the NHS began in 1999 when he arrived from Australia and worked with an NHS Research and Development Unit.
His particular focus, both then and now, is on how health professionals can integrate the voice of the patient (and colleagues) into their on-going professional
development. Michael worked as the Director of Patient Experience for the National Primary Care Development Team, and as an Associate (Patient Experience)
with the National Clinical Governance Support Team. Prior to leaving Australia, he was both a Medical Educator and Quality Assurance Officer with the Royal
Australian College of General Practitioners based in Queensland.
Michael holds honorary professor and senior research posts at the Peninsula Medical School (United Kingdom) and the School of Medicine, Griffith University (Australia).
His academic background focused on healthcare, evaluation and clinical pastoral education, and includes a PhD in medical education and a Bachelor of Theology.
Prior to his university posts, he was a Franciscan monk and his ministry included hospital and prison chaplaincy, and working with street kids and young offenders
in rehabilitation programmes.
CFEP Clinical Director
Dr David Jenner Mb Chb MRCGP
David has as worked as Clinical Director for CFEP since 2003 and is also a part time General Practitioner in Cullompton, Devon.
His role is to bring specific clinical advice and support to the company from a front line position in the NHS. David is also available
to give support and answer queries about our services and feedback where clinical input is essential.
As part of CFEP’s corporate ethos to “Help People Make a Difference” David brings his perspective as a practicing clinician to the development of our
products and processes, helping us to meet the requirements of organisations and individuals alike.
David is often seen as the “face” of CFEP, presenting at conferences and speaking at events to highlight how CFEP can also help you “Make a Difference”!
