CFEP’s expertise in gathering feedback from patients and colleagues has been successfully utilised by Acute Trusts throughout the UK. Our validated surveys are suitable for in-patient and out-patient services and have been used for both generic and condition-specific improvement work.
CFEP will look after the whole survey process for you and provide you with all the material that you need to run a patient survey from the hospital. If other survey methods are needed such as a postal questionnaire to patients or a questionnaire sent or emailed to colleagues, we have well-established methods and guidance for assisting you with the entire survey process.
