Multi-Source (MSF) and 360o Feedback
MSF/360o feedback can be obtained by doing our colleague feedback survey (CFET) together with either the Interpersonal Skills Questionnaire (ISQ)
patient survey or the Dental Practice Questionnaire (DPQ) patient survey.
The ISQ is embedded in the DPQ which contains additional practice based questions. If the CFET and DPQ are carried out, in addition to colleague
and patient feedback reports for the individual practitioner, the practice will also receive a report detailing feedback from the practice based questions.
