Working with other providers of 8-8 services, we have developed a new patient survey to reflect the balance of walk in and booked appointments the 8-8 practices offer. We believe the survey will provide the data you need to demonstrate that you meet the required standard of provision for this service to your PCT clients.
This questionnaire is specifically designed to supply centres with a tool which can provide an insight into how the user perceives the centre, its staff and the quality of care received.
How does it work?
