General Practice Assessment Questionnaire (GPAQ)

About GPAQ

GPAQ is a highly trusted patient feedback tool with a similar purpose to the IPQ. It was developed by the National Primary Research and Development Centre in Manchester to gain patient feedback on the quality of care provided by the practice and its staff. CFEP became an approved GPAQ provider in 2005.

As well as obtaining constructive practice feedback, the GPAQ can be simultaneously used to obtain individual practitioner consultation skills feedback.
