Improving Access Questionnaire (IAQ)
About IAQ
In response to demand, CFEP has developed the Improving Access Questionnaire (IAQ) to help practices measure patient experience of access. It has been designed to enable practices to look in more depth at their patients’ views on access including booking appointments, opening hours and telephone contact.
How does it work?
- We send you all you need to complete the survey, including a full support pack
- The survey is completed and returned to CFEP
- We provide an informative and easy to understand report
- You use the report to celebrate your successes and target your areas for improvement
