The Community Pharmacy Patient Questionnaire (CPPQ)
We have been providing the CPPQ to pharmacies across England and Wales for many years and pride ourselves on offering a service which is professional, reliable and, importantly, independent. We use a robust survey process, easy to assimilate reports with reliable benchmarking and full supporting materials. All this means that you are confident that you will comply with your contractual requirements, but also, that you are able to listen to and act upon the views of your patients.

Patient and Colleague Feedback for Appraisal and Professional Development
CFEP’s Patient and Colleague feedback is an ‘activity that is relevant to your scope of practice which results in learning.’ (General Pharmaceutical Council: Framework for Continuing Professional Development).
CFEP360 provides confidential patient and/or colleague feedback as well as help with reflection (read the Royal Pharmaceutical Society report on the importance of patient experience)
Patient and colleague feedback, using the CFEP360, can be a useful part of the evidence for appraisal and help personal development by gaining an understanding of how you are viewed by others

The Friends and Family Test Survey
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) survey has been running in general practices for several months now, and although it is not being used in Pharmacies yet, we thought we would let you know about our service – in case you should need it!
CFEP’s FFT service includes provision of full survey material, analysis of the data and patient comments, feedback reports which include current and previous scores, and a poster for display in the pharmacy. Data can be uploaded to commissioners as required and the pharmacy can reflect on their patient’s views.
