CFEP NHS 111 Patient Survey

The CFEP NHS 111 Patient Survey is an end-to-end patient experience survey providing feedback on all aspects of your service. It is specifically designed for NHS 111 and out of hours services to meet the NHS England six monthly reporting requirements.

The CFEP NHS 111 Patient Survey:

The questionnaire is run as/conducted as a postal survey

The NHS 111 Minimum Data Set specifies that the sample should be at least 200 users/patients in a six month period
