Patient feedback surveys for organisations

CFEP offers a number of patient experience surveys which have been undertaken by urgent care and out-of-hours providers, we also provide a NHS 111 Service Satisfaction Questionnaire.

These are fed-back to you via CFEP's detailed, informative Reports.

CFEP provides 360 feedback/MSF for hospital doctors for several NHS Foundation Trusts. For details and cost, visit our " Patient and colleague feedback survey" page. CFEP can also run specialism and department-level surveys. As with the majority of CFEP surveys, reports include all patient comments and (where available) benchmark data.

CFEP has experience in providing bespoke services for specialist and group pharmacies. For example, Dispensing Appliance Contractors (DACs) and whole-group supermarket in-store pharmacies.
